老闆花52萬賞好員工勞力士手錶 “分享利潤才能走得遠”

（新加坡1日訊）新加坡網紅向7名業績達標的員工豪送勞力士（Rolex）手錶，共花費大約52萬9000令吉（15萬新元），隨即引起全網熱議！ 

新加坡網紅“馬一朵”同時經營著一家室內設計公司，早前竟向旗下7名業績達標的員工送出勞力士手錶，以作為獎勵。 

根據馬一朵“mayiduosg”發佈的TikTok視頻，他帶著7名員工到一家手錶店，讓員工們自行選購心儀的勞力士手錶款式。 

他在視頻中聲稱，在過去2023年達到年度業績的員工，將獲得一塊勞力士手錶作為獎勵，以表彰員工們的努力。

“在這個時代裡，如果你是一個把所有利潤都佔為己有的老闆，你永遠不會走得遠。

“照顧好你的團隊，你的團隊就會自動照顧好你的業務！”

他指出，這7塊勞力士手錶總共價值約52萬9000令吉（15萬新元），意味著每塊勞力士價值大約7萬7500令吉（2萬2000新元）。 

他同時強調，對於他們這類中小型企業而言，這不是一筆小錢，但卻堅信應該獎勵並與員工們分享利潤，表彰他們的辛勤工作和貢獻。 

“老闆一個人拿走所有的利潤，是沒有意義的。”

馬一朵的視頻也隨即引起網民熱議，其中不少網民紛紛打趣表示，好想要到他的公司工作。  

網民皆讚賞馬一朵身為老闆的態度，同時羨慕旗下員工能有這麼好的老闆，更笑稱馬一朵這行為是在“做壞行情”，直接把其他老闆給比下去。
