老板花52万赏好员工劳力士手表 “分享利润才能走得远”

（新加坡1日讯）新加坡网红向7名业绩达标的员工豪送劳力士（Rolex）手表，共花费大约52万9000令吉（15万新元），随即引起全网热议！ 

新加坡网红“马一朵”同时经营着一家室内设计公司，早前竟向旗下7名业绩达标的员工送出劳力士手表，以作为奖励。 

根据马一朵“mayiduosg”发布的TikTok视频，他带着7名员工到一家手表店，让员工们自行选购心仪的劳力士手表款式。 

他在视频中声称，在过去2023年达到年度业绩的员工，将获得一块劳力士手表作为奖励，以表彰员工们的努力。

“在这个时代里，如果你是一个把所有利润都占为己有的老板，你永远不会走得远。

“照顾好你的团队，你的团队就会自动照顾好你的业务！”

他指出，这7块劳力士手表总共价值约52万9000令吉（15万新元），意味着每块劳力士价值大约7万7500令吉（2万2000新元）。 

他同时强调，对于他们这类中小型企业而言，这不是一笔小钱，但却坚信应该奖励并与员工们分享利润，表彰他们的辛勤工作和贡献。 

“老板一个人拿走所有的利润，是没有意义的。”

马一朵的视频也随即引起网民热议，其中不少网民纷纷打趣表示，好想要到他的公司工作。  

网民皆赞赏马一朵身为老板的态度，同时羡慕旗下员工能有这么好的老板，更笑称马一朵这行为是在“做坏行情”，直接把其他老板给比下去。
